Our mission: To provide the retailers and applicators of fertilizers and chemicals the most comprehensive inventory of parts and equipment, supported by a knowledgeable and friendly staff and delivered with world class accuracy and speed.

Available Opportunities

Process phone orders, service walk-in customers, process quotes, product troubleshooting, handle and resolve customer complaints, participate in marketing plan, follow up on customer interaction, continuing education and inventory management support.

Field service and repair, shop service and repair, equipment prep and assembly, warranty repair, equipment delivery, maintain shop facilities, service company vehicles, tool control and training and education.

We have a college student at each of the locations above all summer long.  We will teach you the business from the bottom up.  We will allow you to sit with each job category we have and learn about their job first hand.  We will also send you to other locations to see how they do the same jobs in different stores.  We will have one large project for the summer which you will complete with the help of an FDS employee. 

This will give you an advantage when you graduate whether you decide you want to continue on at FDS as a full time employee or work for another company elsewhere.

Promote company products and services, execute the sales cycle, account development, identify and resolve customer concerns, prepare reports, collections, participate in continuing education and follow company marketing plan.

Pick and pack customer orders, receive and put away inventory, LTL freight, warehouse management, facilities maintenance, monitor inventory levels and training.
